  1. Only issue I have is they have mis-labeled the difficulty setting – the normal mode that the game is balanced for is 'HARD' and the new easy mode is called 'NORMAL' I would recommend folks play on Hard for the best experience and bear in mind the boss fights are rarely about needing to level grind but all about correct buffs/debuffs and skill usage

  2. I can't stand the tired character designs. The main characters in @squareenix games are mainly comprised of people that look like 5 year old anime cabbage patch kids and it's exhausting. Cool new hand made backgrounds? Instead of making unique characters that match the environment they recycle the same old tired anime teeny bopper character designs. RPGs need more diversity between this and medieval western styles.

  3. I definitely appreciate how they made this and that the guy obviously got to make something he really wanted to but man I just can’t get over how it just looks like a mobile game to me and I’m not a super big on turn based bands anyway but I think on a sale I’ll give it a shot.

  4. The perspective changes feel unusual not because of the perspective changes themselves, but because the controls do not adjust to the new perspective until you release the joystick. It's very jarring and should be considered a bug since this is something developers fixed way back in PS1 times.

  5. This game is so hard, you'll need a walkthrough guide. It starts out great and you will swear it's one of the best FF games ever made… but difficulty progression goes from normal to insane around the halfway point. I hope they balance this game from its Apple Arcade days.
