Fantasia – Why Narrative?

Does a film need to have a narrative in order to be good?

  1. That was a great video, you gained a new sub! Always loved Fantasia, like you said some animations feel straight out of an actual dream. I watched it young and it solidified how music can make you FEEL and imagine things

  2. Animation always tries to top itself in style and movement and while that's great, there's nothing that can be compare to Fantasia. It's an experience that can't be easily recreated in due to 2D animation being rare and orchestra experiences being less liked by today's audience and even when Disney tried to do it again the the early 2000's it never reach the levels of this film. Idk if will ever get something like this again and I hope it can last further and beyond.
