It was a medley. She shortened her songs on purpose. Fantasia has been squalling throughout her career but it's hard to hear her range when she does that. She has range. Fantasia is like the female version of her cousin K-Ci from Jodeci. They both sing hard and they can squall and give you a vocal growl like no other.
