Fantasia Barrino reprises her Broadway role as Celie in the #musical version of The Color Purple with Taraji P. Henson, Colman Domingo, Halle Bailey, and Danielle Brooks. The former American Idol winner says the role was the hardest job she’s had but veteran actors Taraji and Coleman helped her out in the most difficult scenes and mentored her.
