Too late, the damage is done. The movie flopped. 100 m budget, only made 58 m, 24 m left for y’all bc the rest of the 58 went to the theaters that showed the movie. It flopped not bc of fantasia, but bc of Tarij p crying about pay in general, no one likes Oprah bc of Maui , she’s been cancelled by most last year and wants to be relevant, AND no one asked for a musical without fantasia AND other famous singers and actors … it… flopped… bad. Already being pulled from 2000 theaters and now streaming …. Damn damn damn Oprah

Fantasia you did wonderful to this BET Edited musical play! The script was horrible and not put together well! Musical all together should've made it go straight to Amazon, Netflix, or t.v.. Taraji was a good sale for Shug! To much money for a movie that should had been remade as a musical! The original was great!
