  1. What we actually need is the remake of revenge of the sith from the PS2 era which has the best lightsaber combat by far.

Add a lot more characters and online mode and make the story mode a lot longer so it covers episodes 1-6 and clone wars and everyone will be happy and everything will be perfect forever

  2. I hated a couple of few things about this game, when you attack an enemy and they break from your combo, especially battle droids when youre on a platform above a pit which is like 100% of the game! and they flip you into it, and the other thing is when you get sniped jumping from one platform to the other, that part on Tattoine sucks, you gotta deflect laser blasts back at Darth mauls scouter droids, pain in the ass, its hella random and rare youll hit them 1st time.

  3. A improve leveling up and stats system would be nice,
like more moves or special moves get level 1 to a level 3-5 version of moves.
or more bonus stats perks/buffs features,
or like choice to swap of 5 force powers in a select menu
then 3 powers for each character.

  4. Why didn't they just remaster the far more valued Racer Revenge, Rogue Squadron II, and especially Revenge of the Sith? This'll go the way of the prehistoric bird alongside the Rebel Assault games and that Turok 3 remaster.

And if they do the same with Masters of Teras Kasi…

  5. No! No online multiplayer/co-op! Remember the remasters of Jedi Academy and Battlefront Classic Collection? Aspyr and online multiplayer don't mix! They're better off sticking to single player and couch co-op only.

  6. When you put out that post i couldn't think of anything; it seemed like everything I wanted was being addressed. But watching this, something did pop up:
    Enemy scaling for co-op.
I dont know if that's the proper term, so let me try to explain.
In some arcade beat-em-ups, if more than one player was playing, the game would increase the number of enemies per level (based on how many players there were)
I bring this would up because there is an EXP element to Jedi Power Battles. Defeating enemies & getting pickups all grant you points. And at the end of a level, you could unlock new features by clearing certain milestones (Get X amount of points to unlock a bew combo, increas health, etc).
In the original game, there was no enemy scaling for co-op. So depending on how the game was played, it could really unbalance & complicate the gane if one ater is getting all the points & upgrades and another isn't

  7. The one thing I wanted back in the PS1 days was for online multiplayer. I never had friends to play this with and it's finally come to modern consoles with the power to utilize it… and no indication of online play. I also never understood why there wasn't a Power Battles Episode 2 or 3. (but Revenge of the Sith game is kinda similar which I why I think I loved it so much)

  8. You can still access "share play" on Playstation if you're a plus member. You can play online co-op even if your friend doesn't own the game. I did this with my brother playing Blazing Chrome, and it was beautiful. Highly recommend LAN cable for share play.

  9. To be honest I'd rather have a straight up sequel. There are so many movies and tie-ins now, that it feels quite a bit of waste having Episode 1 The Phantom Menace as the only place for Jedi Power Battles.

We could instead have episodes 1-9, maybe with additional Mandalorian or Rogue One characters and levels for special unlocks.

You'll have Obi Wan (young and old), Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Qui Gon, Plo Koon (with optional amber lightsaber), Yoda, Rey, Sifo Dyas, Anakin, Mace Windu, Captain Panaka, rest of the council, and so on…

For villains you'll have Darth Vader, Boba and Jango Fett, Greedo, Darth Maul (single and double lightsaber), Kylo Ren, Snoke, Palpatine, maybe Plagoueis, Dooku, Darth Jar Jar (as a parody) and so on..

The levels and locations can be more varied. It would be fun trying to unlock more characters and upgrading all their skills and abilities. There could also be an additional dual vs mode akin to like ROTS tie in.
