“They have that right. This is their loved one, someone they truly loved that was taken from them,” family spokesperson Candice Matthews said. The family and their attorney will be hosting a press conference at 12:30 p.m. in front of the Vance County Courthouse.

    This family knows their son didn't harm himself. And as usual law enforcement hasn't done their job and have not been transparent.
    Dear God bring whats being hidden in the dark to the light 🙏 Bring this family peace and let them feel their sons love ❤ permeate the pain of the loss. Show them how we never die, we are eternal in the salvation of Jesus Christ.

  10. WHY WHEN ASK TO SEE THEIR SON'S BODY THEY WERE DENIED?WHAT POSSIBLE REASON THEY ARE GIVING THE FAMILY THAT MAKES SENSE. ARE THEY TRYING TO HIDE PHYSICAL EVIDENCE OF BLUNT FORCE TRAUMA. EVEN IS HE WAS ATTACKED AND THAT HE'S BLACK. KEEPING HIS BODY FROM THEM WILL NOT EARSE THE MARKINGS ON HIS BODY. COULD THIS BE ANOTHER EMMITT TEAL STORY, WHEN THE WHITE FOLKS WAS SAYING APPALLING TO SHOW HIS BODY TO THE WORLD TO LET THEM KNOW HOW WHITE PEOPLE TREAT BLACK PEOPLE EVEN IF IT'S A CHILD. THE FAMILY NEEDS CLOSURE OF HIS DEATH SO THAT THEY CAN START MAKING FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS TO MOURN THE LOST OF THEIR LOVE ONE THEN THEY CAN MOVE ON WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE AUTOPSY AND GET TO THE REAL TRUTH. I'M QUITE SURE IF HE WAS OF A DIFFERENT CULTURE THE BODY WOULD HAVE BEEN RELEASE BY NOW. R.I.P. CAUSE IT'S NO PEACE ON THIS EARTH FOR SOME PEOPLE.

  27. How he get in a the tree you have to stand on something or climb fhe tree. Someone lying because any one who off themselves that way stand on something. So sounds like someone off him around them woods . Someone put him up there plus he doesn't know that area to be walking around a strange place and that tree is a twig tree definitely not big enough to off himself. It doesn't take to drive from pa to nc to off themselves he cudda did that in the truck and took anything so people got to be lying or show videos in that AREA near them woods.

  30. Nobody drives to pa to nc to off themselves i know someone probably was watching him . I know you got to climb a tree to put a rope up and definitely a healthy tree and have something to stand on anyway to off himself just think about that it probably was getting dark and he not familiar with that area to walk around

  41. I don't have audio on this video, but I did see the news with his family. Unless you have been in this position, you can only imagine. This family is not only crushed by the loss of a son, but they are getting no answer to any questions. The fact that Javion gave $228 dollars to a homeless person says enough about his heart, and the kind of person he is. I pray for him and his family. You raised an amazing young man. God bless you all during this most difficult time. 🙏🏻

  42. How can anyone hang themselves from a tree branch that’s 8 ft. High in the air without some type of assistance in doing so , this does not make any sense where is the ladder or foot stool that he slipped from, why was he in a perfectly sitting position against the tree on ground and why didn’t anyone else see what was going on as far as struggling. Sounds like he was unalive before this happened and his body was staged in that position afterwards to cover it up!
