Kottabos you should do a new playthrough of a modded fallout 4.
Great voice acting, awesome design work, hated the storyline, especially how the Sole Survivor, the other factions and their accomplishments are marginalized. Still, a great mod!
It's so very sad that the mood maker felt the need to make that statement about the voice actors. I really don't get why people can be so toxic. Oh well..

From a game design perspective good reuse to stretch the gameplay.
From a world building POV good work too. But better if things like this stay as an optional quest or a happening related to the world building. As i said before consistent writing is a heck to do, also sensical and intelligent characters.
The tech work in this mod is for Bethesda engines at least ground solid if not even great (weird camera ankles aside that should be fixable).
The story well it's clear, that the Sheriffs Department has overlaps with the BoS given their history but dang the whole story seems to be BoS2.0. Don't get me wrong i Don't hate it but it is simply BoS 2.0 mixed in with Raider aesthetic. Is the SD a bad idea? No. Is the character development concerning? Yes.
Lily is cross boarder crazy. Does it make sense in a PA future, i guess, a lot of people would be considered soziopath or psychopath by our today standards (hell a lot people seem to fit this already today).
What i really like about the mod is, the love for details, the most times believable world building and i applaud the voice actors. Especially Lily's as we are rubbing with her all the time. Damn good work. Overall this was good work, but please no more 40 Minutes Gameplay stretches or someone like Lily enjoying cooking people alive that much ..😅

1:02:01 is honestly the best part.
I'll play this mod after I have completed my current playthrough. When I do I'll skip through the two 40 minute cut-screens.
