  1. i mean, to be fair, a cockpit (well, one from the last century in our universe, and likely vertibirds in the fallout universe too) is just full of dials. there's not really much "reading" to do in the cockpit, it's all numbers. and you didn't read a book to learn how to ride a bike, did you? you either listened to someone else's advice on how to do it, or you learned the hard way. i'm guessing that the raiders learned the basics of what was needed to pilot a vertibird, and while some learned the hard way, aka died in a crash, others managed to do the bare minimum to survive, then built off of those skills.

  2. My man saw the History Channel's sad excuse of a historical show: Vikings and thought it was sooo cool that he couldn't help but think everything is better with "vikings". without stopping for, even a second, to contemplate the idea of just because you can doesn't mean you should.

  3. considering nuka world revealed the vaults were experiments for space travel, i imagine it was cargo cult research? that or what would it take for people to drop an act when pushed to their limit? i dont know, seems like an idea just to add vikings to fallout.

  4. "They" are probably the Enclaves remnant.
They think the Vault Dweller, as an another Individual from the citizens in Vaults will wipe them out Completely.
Like Nazi German and Fascist thinks what the Communist would do, which is wipe them out completely, and not their Ideology, although they could see both as the same thing.

  5. I'm struggling to believe that so many of these conversation paths are this badly laid out. The writing itself is good, but it feels like everything outside of the Vault chapter is a sheer railroad full of single-option skill checks you can't dip out from and return to. It really isn't that hard.

  6. Can I just say, in the spirit of Zach's "Intelligence" playthrough, that Vault 37 "Vikings" are complete dum-dums.
Firstly, mister pretender, Hrafnkel is written with DOUBLE L, Hrafnkell.
Secondly, your last name is Latin, and means "raven". So are you a Latin Viking?
Not no mention that Vikings were not a people, but an occupation.
Saying "the tribes were Celts, Saxons and Vikings" is like saying "The British comprise the Anglos, the Scots, and the Raiders":)

  7. So basically (and not for all mods I know) mods are made by a group and then things don't work out and they break apart instead of being adults and finish what they started! ( I also know it's not always possible for whatever reason) then the last one standing takes it into a wacky direction

  8. So yea mods also dislike how sometimes they made by one person who don't care about the lore or fixing a broken game and doing whatever they want (Instead of just making their own game which would of been better tbsh aka to be so honest)

  9. 26:05 Beelzebub, the Prince of Gluttony. Lord of the Flies. The ever consuming. His fatness. Stop f*cking drinking, Beelzy! You got a business meeting at 3! Whiskey isn't gonna make your debts to Mammon go away! And many other titles.

  10. I feel like the segment with you convincing the tribe leaders wouldnt be so absurd if you had to actually gain the thrust of the various tribes by doing quests for them. I know nobody wants to play this mod for any longer than they have to, but from a story telling perspective it would make sense.

  11. Jesus. This ā€œVikingā€ idiot is painful to listen to.

BRING BACK THE SOCK PUPPETS!!!! THEYRE A TRILLION TIMES SUPERIOR TO THIS STUPID MOD! If it wasn’t you 2 playing the mod I’d kill myself with a brick instead of watching this.

  12. I feel like The Pack in Fallout 4 would have been better suited as a viking descended raiding group that could have come from northern territories. Would be better than a glorified frat house…

  13. To be entirely fair, most of the vault experiments weren’t grounded in any hopes to try and out smart the Chinese. They were made to gather intel to find out what would happen if you took humans and started shoveling them into space. Not only that but half the damn experiments don’t make any fucking sense to begin with. Forcing a bunch of people to rp early Europe is actually a far more likely thing than idk. Stuffing a vault with 99 men and 1 woman?
