So funny, I downloaded sim settlements 2 yesterday and had some kind of problem with Hud Framework. Any how a few hours of messing around I got Sim Settlements to work and just got aa notice to find a city planners desk. First time with this mod and only just started Fallout 4 a few days ago. Have had it for almost a year but it looked blah so now that I am done skyrim and Red Dead Redemption 2 I decided to mod Fallout 4 and give it a go. Good timing on this video, will be following closely.

Sim Settlements just caught my eye and I was wondering if I should download Sim Settlements 1 and 2 or just 2? I'm not sure what I should do, this is giving me sensory overload and I almost want to back out because this is almost too much awesome stuff, if that makes any sense. Anyway, how should I begin?
