  1. I love this mod. However I have questions.
    1) Doesn't John's bandanna and sunglasses combo look like some sort of Cyberpunk Mickey Mouse?
    2) Now that Automata has started could one fill in all of your missing personnel needs with Robots? Could the gunner army be met with a Star Wars: Episode I style brigade of Protectrons?

  2. "Spearhead Command: This is AG1 Lead. As per gunner regulations, I'm going to explain our evil invasion strategy over unsecured comms in case anyone is listening, over!"
"AG1, this is Spearhead Command. Did you remember to add emphasis on how evil we are, and indicate we're going to be evil to anyone listening? Over."
"AG1 to Spearhead, I suggested sending conscripts as cannon-fodder against ferals, showing how we consider our own troops disposable, and also mentioned the large force of actual trained troops and mercenaries for anyone listening, over."
"Well done AG1, we'll share an evil laugh back at base which is out of the range of anyone listening. Over and out."

  3. I did a Raider first redemption later playthrough once and it did occur to me that for settlers working under Minutemen/Raider control isn't all that different. They pay tribute and in exchange the gang defends them, with the main difference being the radio station and increased autonomy (under the raiders funnily enough)

  4. Can always tell when someone writes a military style radio conversation who has never actually been trained in it, just a lot of hollywood buzzwords thrown in.

Great story though, looking forward to act 3

  5. Hey Jon I've been watching your fallout survival series, among many of your other videos. I think since your love fallout style games and if your also into vr I beg you to please check out "Into the radius" don't look to much into it because you can spoil the lore. But it has a huge community, with many of loyal fans that I'm sure bore into the fallout crowd as well. Some compromises was made to the game so that it could be supported on the stand alone quest 2. But it can also be played with better graphics on pcvr. Please consider giving this game a chance, id love to see you play it.

  6. I love how much jon is having a great time with this. I think when he started the series he didnt envision it going on this long or being this good, and to be honest neither did I. truly incredible work from the mod team

  7. As much as I’ve enjoyed this mod I can’t really take the idea that the Gunners have an entire army at their disposal outside the Commonwealth seriously.

They’re mercenaries who are barely better than raiders, not an organised military force and if they were why would there be so few of them struggling so long to secure the Commonwealth when they apparently had so many more resources at their disposal?

It just feels like a deus ex machina to ramp up tension.

  8. Such a good mod. The storyline and the choices that you are forced to make is so much better than the main storyline. Personally I think that a lot mods and mod packs should really be focused on the story telling.

  9. Finally, someone that treats the General of the Minuteman as more than just a lackey. I always felt that Preston was smirking when he told me I was the "General".

  10. Speaking of Fallout 4 talking about people who are in the room, my favorite is if you do the most peaceful Minutemen ending. Dez talks about how much she misses Glory, when in fact Glory survives and is right there.

  11. Gonna be honest I don't know there was really much of a dilemma with the raiders there. Cain is a Machiavellian psychopath that is unable to conceive of the world as anything other than a might-makes-right dog-eat-dog hellscape. The second he believes your guard is down and his gang has an opening, that man is marching right up to the plaza to fill the skulls of you and yours with piping hot lead without a moment of hesitation or even the vaguest thought of mercy. Ellis can take his Nightingale oaths and stick 'em where the sun don't shine, he swore 'em, not you and certainly not Raphael.

  12. I don't know why you're worrying about trash Jon, the scientists and engineers will be too busy to notice, and the security people will be happier than a pig in mud, as it reminds them of home. I'm prety sure the only person who doesn't like the trash, is you. 🙂
