The mod that adds in bleeding mechanics should add a small marker next to the healthbar, like a downward-pointing arrow, so the player knows that they're bleeding, like in Green Hell, for instance.
As to Bethesda games, we can have one of the two developments:
1) TES6 is more of the same Skyrim Fallout 4 gameplay-wise, with paid critics advertising it to High Heaven and back, and fans playing it out of hate but continuously criticizing it, eventually getting tired enough to just quick;
or
2) with the dumpsterfire that was Starfield and an increasing number of people getting vocal about Bethesda's continuously underwhelming releases and re-releases, Bethy actually puts in the effort to make the game good.
Oi, Koubitz, if you're not doing it already, you should totally edit videos where you put the coolest parts of your stream together without the chatting, dying and reloading, leaving to the loo, etc.
As discovered by other streamers, you cannot mod NPCs at all, or it will lag all the way down to 5 fps aka unplayable, due to the update that no one asked for.
