Here are some tips on how the chakras relate to astrology this week!
Throat Chakra: Mercury
The Throat Chakra, or Vishuddha, is associated with the planet Mercury. This chakra is located at the throat’s base and is responsible for communication, self-expression, and individual truth.
Mercury is a planet of self-expression and authentic communication, just like the Throat Chakra, which is connected to purity of thought, speech, and mental clarity. The Throat Chakra can be balanced and empowered by engaging in activities that stimulate creative expressions, such as writing or singing. Practising meditation techniques that help calm the conscious and unconscious mind can also help open up this chakra and allow more light to flow through it, thus creating balance within all aspects of one’s life.
Gemstones such as turquoise or blue lace agate can further help balance this chakra.
The Throat Chakra is a powerful tool that can be utilised to express oneself authentically and meaningfully. When this energy centre is balanced, one will feel confident speaking their truth and being heard, as well as having the capacity to take on leadership roles within their community or workplace. Ultimately, it encourages deep listening skills and allows for more understanding.
When out of balance, one may feel frustrated or blocked when expressing oneself or experience physical ailments like sore throats, sleep disorders, or stiff neck muscles. Keeping this chakra in check is essential to live openly with honest communication and understanding.

Solar Plexus Chakra: The Sun and Mars
The Solar Plexus Chakra (the Manipura Chakra or 3rd Chakra) is the third primary chakra in the energy body, located between the navel and rib cage. It is associated with the Sun and Mars energies, representing confidence, self-discipline, ambition, and leadership. The Solar Plexus Chakra helps us to take action and follow through on our goals.
When this chakra is balanced, we can use our personal power effectively. We can take decisive steps forward to manifest our dreams into reality.
An imbalance here could lead to feelings of fear or lethargy, which blocks us from making progress. The Solar Plexus Chakra can be brought back into balance with proper meditation practices and visualisation.
The Sun’s energy helps to motivate us and gives us a sense of purpose, while Mars gives us determination and courage to take on complex tasks. Together, they help us develop our leadership skills and ensure we always take action to reach our goals.
They also give us the strength to assert ourselves. With our Solar Plexus Chakra in balance, we can freely express ourselves without fear or hesitation. We will have the tools to build a life that reflects our highest potential.

I had to stop and comment 1/2 way through to tell you that you are spot on. The picture perfect is deceiving. I've listened to many channels and I've dropped many precisely for that reason. We are not perfect beings. That said, i made a habit of not liking channels in 2020 because i felt that "likes" are tracked for nefarious reasons. If people are surfing through looking for spaces with lots of likes they are probably not getting what they need.
There are probably tons more like me, so do not let numbers dissuade or dishearten you because they f*ck with the numbers too, but I'm sure you know that. Being a Cap with sag/gem no/so node, respectively, i am all ears. I usually don't speak so much in a public forums but i wanted you to know. Stay awesome. ❤
