Extremely Corrupt Cops Hide Behind an Intercom & Refuse to Take My Report

This is the craziest police audit video that you’ll ever see.

After my court date on January 9, 2023, I decided to visit the Sheriff’s Office at the Ventura County government center to file a report concerning a VCSD who beat me while working undercover. I asked the deputy at the front desk if I can speak to someone in person and give them the video evidence I had of the incident.

After having me wait while she went behind a partition in the office, she directed me to an intercom that was set up in case someone needed to make a police report in the middle of the night and nobody was at the front desk. The first deputy I spoke to over the intercom refused to take my report, and kept me on hold for a very long time.

After a while, she forwarded the call to her watch commander. I asked her if I could make a report in person. And, although she said that this would not be a problem- she never came out.

For over an hour, they hid in their office while keeping me on hold in the lobby. Eventually, they forwarded me to a random person who then forwarded me to the internal affairs office, where I left a voicemail, and then finally hung up.

I returned to the front desk to ask once more if I can file the report in person. And, she told me “for this type of thing an in person interview can’t happen.”

Eventually, she gave me a form to fill out my complaint on. I turned it into the personnel division. Right after I did, a clothes cop asked me “do you want to be painting portraits in federal prison?”

Backstory:

On Nov. 17, 2022, I was beaten by an undercover Ventura County Sheriff’s Deputy. He was part of a DEA Task Force that was trying to plant fabricated evidence on me at my storage unit in Hollywood.

He beat me repeatedly for filming him; punching and kicking me in the face, throat, head and ears- and I caught the entire thing on camera.

He then waited 20 minutes for my friend (and his confidential informant) Ilya to arrive before grabbing my MacBook from under a bush outside Extra Space and leading us down Vine Street to a group of uniformed LAPD cops who were waiting for us.

When it was clear that the evidence planting wasn’t going as planned, the LAPD had to pretend to arrest their Ventura County colleague. However, they never arrested him at all.

I have gone to the LAPD at least five or six times trying to get an arrest report or even learn the name of the person the undercover cop who had beaten me that night. But, they could never tell me anything, because he was never actually in their system.

On December 13, 2022, I went to the Office Inspector General to file a report concerning the misconduct and police brutality we had been experiencing. Even though I had called ahead and was told I couldn’t make a report in person, when we arrived, the offices were closed due to “covid.” Nine hours after leaving the OIG, the same dirty cops retaliated by planting evidence on me again.

  2. The police make it as difficult as possible to make or file a complaint on the police. This is the sad realty of pure corruption. The police are out of control and dangerous criminals violating rights, brewking the law with no accountability or transparency.

  3. Can you imagine pretending to be a mentally challenged homeless man for the cops? That's your job to "bust" low-level non violent people and get people for victimless crimes.

  4. I have all the evidence I need to bring this to the surface but let me let you in on something. These ROOTS are to deep into the city . In other words it’s so hard to get a lawyer to help in a Civil Matter due to the fact that it may taint his career within the city. It’s Bureaucracy of LowKey Corruption at its finest. What I mean as low key is that everyone is in Cahoots as long as there’s always a FALL GUY in that District.

  6. Whatever you do don’t take plea and keep fighting in court. I’ve beat the system a few times myself it’s a long hard fight that feels like it’s never ending and no hope but that is exactly what they bank on to help them push you into saying you are guilty for something you did not do. I will pray for your well being and vindication. Keep up the good work. Please don’t get discouraged.
