I love the island, but your house needs work haha! I would try to be inspired by the architecture of the island you visit, they've got a nice style.
When you look on your compass device, if you don't have eough to cross, on the same level, there will be a bolded black line. If you have enough, the linie will disappear, you can see after you built the wool sail.

If you use the alternate sail (press 3 when you have the sail selected in the build menu) you can make a customized size sail, giving you the ability to make much larger sails.

You can do your sails bigger (I'm at min 6:15) with the second option of sails and you can place sails on top of them as well you dont need to place a lot of them around the island… maybe it helps

Look for the rocks in a X or O formation and use your dorkin also to get grass you just dorkin the ground and you field guild will tell you want bug and or animals of on each island. Amd you can teleport home bte

Where you picked up the tool in the cave you unlocked the island that needed the coated axe. If you had used that tool to dig down at that spot you would have found a buried chest

Someone earlier said you need to use the sickle on the mushroom islands to get the fungus to analyze.

Don't know if its been said but you should of stripped the old island of all it's resources before leaving it
hey bud! you know some stones on the ground are in an X shape or O shape or a small x, if you use a dorkip you burry out treasure.

Couple of tips for you.
You can get through the storm to the new section/s on the same outer circle, by looking for the gap in the storm on the map. You'll see a dark line separating some of the sections. That represents the storm. Unlike the storm to the inner circle that is blue. Blue = passable but difficult. Dark = impassable, need to find gap.
Don't worry about animals falling off the island. They will respawn on the last island they were on if they fall off.
You also want to dismantle chests you see out in the world. You will instantly get what was inside them, plus the materials they are made of. Additionally, you're not checking already looted chests.
Not all tools are the same. Keep an eye out for the white dots under the image of the tool in the inventory 😉
Plant mushrooms on all the trees around your home island. This will give you a constant source to harvest. Same goes for releasing bugs and tree stumps.
You're a hoe… Sorry, I mean you need a hoe to get the grass you need for the granary. Its not just for the farming plots.
Talking of hoes, keep an eye out for how some loose rocks that are left laying around islands are different to others 49:48.

Loving the series. Question, not playing the game yet, is there a reason you didn't make the big island with all the animals your new island? It had so many cool things built already, but I am sure there is a reason. Thanks
