I’m guessing then that the GOC’s weapon literally contained a demon, the ultimate form of evil to counter the ultimate form of good. The meeting of two absolutes did neutralise the psionic energies that’s been building up within SCP 2664, and once neutralised the demon took the captured souls, now rendered powerless as payment for its services, before departing for the unknown, still locked within its payload. This means that everyone that wanted to bring peace to the world, including the conjoined triplets are going to spend the rest of eternity being mercilessly tortured in Hell. In a strange and cruel way, the road to Hell was actually paved with good intentions.
