Did you seem to have problem here? I wanted to go to caled before lake land and Raya Lucaria but I feel like Iam too week what is weird is before with the godric rune activated I had enough strength and stuff and now even if I activate it I seem to have difficulties even against the enemy I one or two shotted before.

To upgrade your summon spirits go to the castle where you fought margit. Go to the area where the spider mini boss was in the dining hall. There's an area where a pile of dead bodies are, it'll be guarded by some dogs.
At the top of the pile there's an item there, grab it. Find the npc girl that used to be in a shack in the beginning, if she's not there go to the round table, she should be there.
Talk to her, then talk to the blk smith, do that a few times & she'll become someone who upgrades your spirits.

Not sure if you know these tips but if you block and press strong attack after a bit you do a special attack that can stagger the enemy then you can critical hit. Also jumping and pressing strong attack results in a very strong attack that staggers alot which can lead to a critical hit.
Yet another excellent video. I must admit I was dying 😂 when that flame shooting big head gave you a scare only cause I saw it coming and I also got scared a little bit 😂. Don't forget about guard counters! They are a really big, and imo important, part of the game if you go sword and board. As soon as you block an attack, press R2 for a counter attack with great posture damage.
I virtually stumbled into Caelid when I was transported there after opening an innocuous looking chest very early in my game. That place is nasty! 🤕
