Executing Everyone as Yuan Bo in Total Warhammer 3

Because this was recorded before the AI Stats Modifier slider was explained – I assumed it was on top of the battle difficulty, rather than a former part of it. Because of this, it was set to normal for this campaign. In the future, I’ll be setting it back to very hard for the most part.

Yuan Bo, the resolute Emperor’s Executioner, embarked on a harrowing quest to secure the four elusive Astromantic Relays scattered across the mystical continent of Lustria in Total Warhammer 3. Armed with his unparalleled mastery of tactics and unyielding determination, he navigated treacherous jungles, battled ancient serpentine guardians, and outwitted cunning Skaven warlords in a relentless pursuit. With each conquest, Yuan Bo harnessed the potent arcane energies of the Relays, gradually weaving an impregnable web of power that spanned the continent. His triumph resonated across Lustria, as his strategic brilliance and unwavering valor united disparate factions against the encroaching chaos. As the Relays’ energies surged under his control, the Emperor’s Executioner stood poised to reshape the destiny of the war-torn land and lead its inhabitants towards an uncertain yet hopeful future.

  1. Things I learned in this video: The already-broken Chinese factions have become even more brokenly OP.

Things I've also learned; I'm even more content just sticking with Warhammer 2 with BS like this in 3.

  2. If you want a Cathay campaign, try women only. Only women lords, heroes and unit models.
I tried it with a Realm of Chaos campaign but had to cheat and buy the statue thingies for front line.

  3. at this point I'm convinced they are deliberately making DLC factions OP af before launch in order to make people pre-order it, to then nerf them into oblivion or complete unplayability cough Taurox, Skyrer me-me, Sniktch cough*

  4. I feel your pain with the sieges – personally I've just given up on trying to find the fun in those and these days I always play with mods that remove settlement and siege battles wholesale. With the pathing and gate issues worse than they ever have been I can't stomach the annoyance anymore.
For a while I actually went back to Wh2 because of that stuff – sieges were annoying there as well of course, but it's shocking how much less of a hassle they are in that game.

  5. I just cant get myself hyped about numbers being tweaked. Is it cool for those global bonuses? Sure. But modders can add text and upgrades in just fine. With dlc I want new really cool units. Here we got some reskins. Great

    still a good vid btw

  6. While playing as imrik I learned a single trade deal can give you 4k gold if you have enough trade buffs it's rather silly watching people pay me 700 gold to get into a trade deal with 500% tariffs

And your head so large doth grow–

Though your hat may blow away

    Mr. Yonghy-Bonghy-Bo!

Though you're such a Hoddy Doddy,

Yet I wish that I could modi-

fy the words I needs must say!

will you please to go away

That is all I have to say,

    Mr. Yonghy-Bonghy-Bo!

    Mr. Yonghy-Bonghy-Bo!"

  8. I know that this is one of the least broken things about this nation, but the fact that they don't even have to worry about micromanaging the harmony in their buildings is just silly

  9. I can't believe how many bugs game designers get away with I am and 8k+ total time played across wh2 and 3 and I love it more then any game ever made. Saying this I would also like to make sure we never stop high lighting the things we need to improve on. I hope wh3 lives for another 10 years. Sometimes I wonder about the internal politics of CA destroying it

  10. Am I not understanding something properly when you say that Characters are Immortal and -75% losses from attrition is bad? like, maybe it might be because i only play Total Warhammer 1, but that feels really strong, even for just the immortal part, no?

  11. I really like that Yuan Bo does start at/with multiple locations.

Changes things up from the eternal " beat your first and intentionally weak rebel enemies".
