  3. I’m a new subscriber. You and your speech sounds fine to me. Taking care of your mother is a blessing and a lot to do. I helped with my mom and then took care of my dad. People don’t understand if they haven’t done it. I’m glad you found that. It’s lot but it’s such a blessing. So nice your grandson helps you! What a good young man. Blessings to you and yours.

  4. So glad your mom is doing better. I hope she can work on her bead art too. It's not easy taking care of someone you love. We all have responsibilities that take up our time. You don't owe anyone an explanation. Love watching your channel.❤

  5. As someone with a chronic illness i would NEVER feel bad about missing out 🎉 Sorry I have a LIMITED amout of energy, I have a limited amount of social battery, ect. Its a struggle to funtion day to day. I NEVER would judge someone for being busy, I also wouldnt judge someone for "speaking wrong". I also have AUTISM so i CONSTANTLY fk up my english. Having ASD and dylexia is terrable 😂😂😂 Like ppl need to GROW UP. Judging ppl dosnt suddenly make you a better person, it drags EVERYONE down. You do you. I love both of yall 🎉

  6. I’ve been watching your videos for two years. The first thing I noticed and remembered was how clearly and completely you read the yarn labels. You do that better than any other crochet teacher. Heros all have different strengths. When someone watches your instruction they can perceive exactly what you are saying. Take care.

  8. Oh my gosh Glenda I cannot believe anyone would be so rude to begin with to criticize you for not answering comments!?!
You are SO GRACIOUS to spend endless hours making free tutorials for us & anyone who has only occasionally watched your channel knows all you have been through lately!
PLEASE ignore the ignorant, mean spirited comments.
With as many followers as you have it would take all day just to comment back to everyone.
Unfortunately not everyone is as kind hearted as you are & some people seem to enjoy causing strife, please ignore them & know in your heart that most of your crochet family out here love you, are grateful for all you do & are praying for you, your Mom & family❣️
I am a great grandma & still have an elderly father I’m helping to take care of.
    God bless you 🙏🏼

  9. Wow I just finished watching your video & it blew my mind how much we are alike… I quit school in the 10th grade & I was not good with English or history but was good at math!?!
I had to leave home at 15 but God took care of me & I was a live-in nanny for several years & did manage to get my GED.
And Cody does not look 30 years old?!?
I thought he was maybe 20!
You are so handsome Cody you need to find a sweet lady & get married & give your Grandma some grandchildren❣️

  11. Wow! 575 comments in 2 days. Glenda, don’t ever change or apologize for being yourself.

Cody, my grandma was my best friend and I miss her everyday. She and I used to knit together, drink together, and cause trouble together. Cherish your friendship!

Yes lists of pills are necessary evils. Glenda please take a little time for yourself too – remember caregivers need care too. Glenda & Cody you keep on being you. We love you guys the way you are.

  17. When I start teaching someone new to crochet, it is so much easier for them to start learning on a granny square. Once they master that, they continue and make it several rounds. Once they get used to crocheting at all, it's much easier to teach them back and forth. Cody, everyone new wants their blankets to be perfect. Like I tell them, don't drive yourself crazy. Anything worth learning has a learning curve…give your self a break and learn how to do it first. Like anything else you have to crawl before learning to walk and to walk before I you can run. ❤❤❤😊
