  1. Zerxus wasn't just a "I can fix him" guy. He was a "I MUST fix him" guy. That was his flaw and his biggest failing as a Redemption Oath Paladin to the extreme. By his own creed and commitment to his oath, he tries and fails to do the right thing and turn evil into good, and it backfires so horrendously that it only makes sense that it just becomes his undoing and twisted unmaking. Asmodeus didn't just settle for breaking him, he insisted that he would use his own desire against him and force him into an eternal servitude, deluding him with the hope that he may still some day succeed.

  2. Something that I feel encapsulates the ideas of parenthood that Travis and Luis talked about is the classic Uncle Ben, "With great power comes great responsibility." There’s no denying the power our parents have over our lives, or the responsibility that all parents have, but I often feel that people treat those two things as opposed when they are more often complementary. For good parents, the power helps them to shoulder the responsibility and the responsibility inspires them to use that power over their children to lift them higher and farther than they could go on their own.

  3. I know I'm way late on this, but shout out to whoever made sure the captions don't cover up the questions when they're displayed on screen. I almost never see that happen, and it's highly appreciated.

  4. It took me all this time to finally realize that Loquacious hating the liar he had become and having his life turn to the worse when he lied covering up that one case is perfect for a Changeling, because of the old RW lore about the Fae having to tell the truth.

  5. I rewatched it because of the upcoming part 2: Calamity – Downfall and now I've realized that Bolo was from Aeor and the new arc will take place there so… I think we're going to get some answers! I can't wait!
