Former Everton scout Bryan King believes that manager Sean Dyche can sanction the exit of on-loan winger Arnaut Danjuma, who has reached an agreement to join Lyon this month. King told Goodison News that Dyche can either keep the 26-year-old until the end of his loan from Villarreal, or let him leave to avoid having a disgruntled player at the club. King also called Danjuma a troublemaker, as he failed to impress at Everton after not doing very well at Villarreal.
