  1. It sounds like the story of the priests trying to understand and then attemps to contain the book would have been a more interesting story than the exact same thing over again.

  2. Characters are perfect they don’t have time to give an autobiography of every damn character no one’s gonna care about the inner lives because it’s a HORROR FILM “character depth” with what time?! You notice character through perception and actions 🤦🏽‍♂️

  3. Idk if Nyat has seen the movie ENTER NOWHERE but It would be amazing if he did a video about it, It has some mistery drama time travel shennanigans fix your fate kinda movie and it is actually interesting despite being a straight to dvd 2012 film. It has Scott Eastwood and Sara Paxton in the cast. The cgi is crappy but the premise is cool.

  4. Because the Necronomicon has existed for centuries, there is PLENTY of room to explore where each of the books have been and traveled. Even Father Marcus could get his own prequel.

  6. I have to disagree with your comments on the "Evil Dead Rise" movie. I think it was PHENOMENAL! The performances by everyone was amazing and it was captivating from start to finish. There wasn't one moment where I thought time was wasted in the film. The Deadites were terrifying and it has been YEARS since I've gone to a horror movie where I was actually nervous or unnerved by the actual movie and performance. The 'comedy' was there, but only for the deadites themselves. I mean, you can tell by the way they had their insults goin', where they said some ridiculous things like "I'll fuck your ass with a giant pole" or something stupid along those lines.

I feel so much of this movie was a homage to Evil Dead movies of old while retaining it's own personality and holding it's own as a movie that can stand without the older series. Those that HAVE watched the older series get SOOOOO much things to look at as homages to the old films like the chainsaw, the crazy lines the deadites spew, and hell, the god damn wood chip machine. Not only that, but you also have that blood elevator scene making a homage to another horror movie "The Shining."

This film didn't just throw things in your face saying, "HEY HEY REMEMBER THE OLD EVIL DEAD MOVIE" like the new star wars films did. It respected both the new viewers and old while giving us an entertaining, and damn satisfying Evil Dead movie.

Bruce Campell also was one of the producers for the film and it really shows! You can tell he had a hand in this movie. Heh. Or not. Maybe a chainsaw.
