I attempted this run two years ago but I didn’t finish the game and wasn’t happy with the run overall. New Orleans fallout would be amazing. Unique architecture, unique environment (swamps, etc), and colorful locals like Cajuns. Also a jazz radio in Nola would go crazy.

What mod are you using for making the enemies legendary? I've tried a couple of old mods from Nexusmods that claims to do the job, but they seems to be broken as they work only for a few enemies in the early game then stopped working at all. I've consoled in lv 8 and slept more than 5 days in Sanctuary and I haven't upgraded to next gen.

If you don't pickup the bobble heads until you have filled all the special stats to 10 then you can push them up to 11 and one of them can be pushed up to 12 with the special book.

theory about Decon knowing. spy inside the institute. got intel about vault 111 and Kelogs going there at one point, peaked he's interest, camped till he seen you come out. seem far more logical then he's working for the institute and railroad to be fair. even more so as if you do the railroad way to get in the institute, your tasked to help a synth start up a rebelion. the railroa having spys in the institute or having intels stolen from it isn't as far fetch as the other theory.
