Something I think you need to point out is that if season 2 and 3 weren’t delayed then we would have been on season 5 by anniversary since Broly was a clear push up.
So if there are no delays this year then we should be getting 4 new raiders this year
Hopefully the next raider will be Black, and it will be Zamasu, Black, Black Rose, Fused Zamasu. I honestly wouldn't like level 4 to be half corrupted Zamasu. I add: Maybe in Battle Hour 2024 they will announce season 5

Android 17 and Android 18 are transhperes but not Raiders. I hope One Day they will be Raiders. Cooler as a Raider would be nice. Goku Black and zamasu as Raider would be awesome
I hope they make more raiders with unique mechanics like Broly had. Goku black is going to be interesting, maybe at level 4 we have to get Zeno to wipe him out.

Im positive Broly was never intended to be the season 4 raider. The devs most likely swapped him out with the Androids because the delays prevented them from making season 5 be the anniversary season. Plus everyone was already expecting the Androids so Broly wouldve been a bigger surprise
they could also do janemba, cumber and maybe broly DBZ
I think what a lot of people fail to bring up is how one of the main reasons we got Broly as an anniversary raider, might have been due to the Season 2 survey.
Ever since Season 3, we've been getting requested features from said survey. Events, adjustments to old skills, cool transpheres, fan favorite characters as Survivor Skins, etc. Broly (DBS) was a character you could vote for during the survey, so he may have gotten the most votes out of all characters.
Some people argue that the Androids were going to be next due to the Ginyu Force being Season 3's raider, but keep in mind that the Ginyu Force was already planned and had a lot of development done on them, so the team wanted to know who we wanted next.
Since Broly (DBS) was the first one to be added, they may be adding characters based on the highest to least amount of votes.
