  1. Update – This was from BETA 1.0 Patch (Apr 27 – May 5 2022).
    We will be getting BETA 2.0 with a new patch (June 28 – July 19 2022). More heroes will be changed but generally speaking the video is still accurate in terms of macro changes to heroes and is a good reference if you haven't played the game in a while.

    SOME CORRECTIONS BELOW:
    D.Va – Defense Matrix: Duration 2s → 3s (undocumented)
    Orisa – Fortify: Cooldown increased 10s → 12s
    Sigma – Health: 300 → 350 and Shield: 100 → 200
    Winston – Bubble Duration should be NERF (down arrow)
    Torbjorn – No changes except Overload now grants Overhealth instead of Armor (net nerf)
    Brigitte – Shield Bash: Damage from 5* → 50
    Lucio – Should be an UP Arrow (BUFF)

  3. I'm not sure I like the design decision for Overwatch 2. Apparently 2 will overwrite 1. This seems more like a revision than a new game. Selling this as a new game and monetizing seasons feels predatory. I'm afraid my enthusiasm for the game will diminish and die.

  15. I played Overwatch religously in it's first 1-2 years. Coming back for OW2 and all those old characters I loved feel like garbage. It feels like we don't have a tank on our team anymore because everyone is playing Junker Queen who so far is out doing DPS in every match I've played. Not too happy about the balancing changes. Of course it's just a beta. But I would rather play the original Overwatch at this point.

  16. No one is talking about Mei being literally terrible now, the person with a cold gun dosent freeze people anymore, not even the ult, like????? She dosent have any utility, she even has a passive to keep some ult progress when you switch to someone else, like the devs don’t even expect you to play her.
