Sometimes you are too nice with these eurovision entries 🤣🤣🤣i find her so average, she sounds like any other anglo/american song you find in the international charts. Even the voice is generic and predictable in terms of style, a mishmash of Adele and the other generic eurotrash vocalists… Moreover this shouting style is so 90es style. Everything is so predictable, Every year Sweden sends the same kinda songs. It's a kindasorta pop for dummies. 🤣🤣🤣
Just a recommendation. I would prefer your emotional reaction. This feels more of an analysis of what we are already seeing. Just react to the music and the visual without pausing. We’re seeing and hearing what you are hearing so telling us that is unnecessary. Keep up the work:)
I am so appreciating that you are describing how the performance looks like. In detail. And that tell us that there is sound. Sound! Actual sound. My eye-vision is not on par, and blimey, I wouldn'tve known that there was sound, hadn't you said it.
Loreen is born in sweden and has a Marockan heritage. The signs and everything in this performance is defenitly a hommage to her desertpeople called berber. I se this almost like a fairytale. That she is some sort of desert creature, shedevil or shaman of some sort that stirs up sandstorms and god knos what, in complete desperation of being with this other person. Like pandoras box 😉
The only artist that have won two times in ESC is Johnny Logan for Irland. I do believe that if Loreen is chosen to represent Sweden in Liverpool she can win ESC, the possibility is there!
To add to your analysis of the lyrics, I think the person/s she's singing to are something like her great great grandparents in northern Africa. 'You stuck on me like a tattoo' is perhaps an analogy about how we can't separate ourselves from our heritage. Even if she'd never been to Morocco, she'd still long for the sand dunes of the Atlas mountains.
