Over the past decade, organised crime groups from Albania have taken over huge sections of the cocaine trade – particularly trafficking to Europe, which has become the biggest coke market in the world.

A lot of myths have sprung up around these Albanian mafia networks – about how they operate and the violence they inflict.

    Pdte PetroFarcocaina, and wants to produce farcocaina, and not livestock, not food, he is a guerrilla murderer, a criminal against humanity, he lives in impunity, he is an ally of illegitimate Maduro and the cartel of the soles, they are trafficking Farcocaine to the Middle East, to later distribute to the rest world. The winter of drugs will be worse.

  35. Sorry, but the research is wrong here. The 'Ndrangheta (Calabrian Mafia) have control over 80%+ of cocaine coming into Europe. This information is widely and publically available. The Albanians only have the degree of control regarding importation and distribution because the 'Ndrangheta allow them to. The 'Ndrangheta take their cut and manage to be further removed from the drugs.

Albanians are hard working people and not all of them are involved with drugs, unfortunately we got a bad name bcoz of some individuals, yes we are hard headed and the way been brought up we can turn from the guy who works in factory and has a quiet life to a gangster if someone trying to fight us
