Idea: some formula known as "compound v" or you could do a knockoff like "combination c" leaks to the news, causing a frenzy as people stumble upon hidden vials scattered throughout the city, each containing individual extraordinary powers such as super strength, speed, laser beam eyes, flight, insane hearing.
I wonder if there is a way to make another player hallucinate( see things that other players cant see). Like the audio where only the target hears it. Would be cool to try and combine that in a crowded area. A monster that only the target can see and hear.
Idea: A new designer drug has discovered its way to Los Santos. The drugs street name is "Pesky Demons". The user when they start using the drug feels super relaxed and at ease. This phase is called the Lul phase.
After the Lul phase there is the euphoria phase where the user feels super energized and invigorated they feel like going out and doing something fun.
After the euphoric phase there is the mania phase which is similar to the Euphoria phase but all the symptoms turned up to 11.
After the Mania phase the user starts hearing voices and these voices command the user to do horrendously evil things.(Use the same one-way utility that was used in the Babyface video)
You can have you and your other assistance to alternate between dealers and the voices telling people what to do just to add another level of randomness and unpredictability.
