what I do is scav run and then use the scav gear on a pmc run. i dont allow myself flea market because in my experience, its too easy. if youre reading this comment, go try it! its really fun. make your own rules, and most importantly dont let some random streamer determine how you play the game your way.
Facts. Best thing I do when I start to get frustrated is to take a shotgun to factory lol
me and my friends challenge each other to highest kill games. we all go onto woods and play for an hour trying to get the highest kill count in a game doing just pmcs, all kills, shturman or cultists

"ready or not" with your tarcov buds is a lot of fun, makes you better at cqb, callouts, response speed. it loads super fast, so resetting is quick. But thats if you still want a similar flavor of game.
Not proud of it but last wipe I got completely burnt out from tarkov and played CoD…. Nothing more mindless
