Gas Analyzers were bannished from old sources. no jackets, no filing cabinets. Apparently hidden stashes still can have them. Other than that: open world tech spawns. Oli, USEC greenscreen room on Customs, Drop down locked room on Reserve…the usual. But always shelf or floor spawns.

I have been having random scavs just disappear on me several times, just " Cheeki Breeki" and 'poof' they are gone!!!
I think bulbex is for generator and the grip wrench is for booze generator
