This part is glitched for me, it doesn’t let me shoot the zip line across (interacts with terminal) at the end of the mission. Any recommendations other than just to restart my game lol

Finished the game on xbox, now i'm playing on PC… The little annoying guy speaks but didn't appear, so I can't shoot him… I'm stuck… 🙁
The laser wall at the end of the tunnel isn't open for me. Was hoping you'd show why that is? Must be glitched
