  1. The KO-agent is an old Hollywood trope. It started with Chloroform. Yes, you can cause someone to pass out when he breathes a chloroform-drenched rag, but it takes a whole lot longer. Heck, I had an accident with chloroform getting spilled on my clothes so that I was basically drenched in it, but I could remove my clothes and distance myself without passing out! If you however use a rag, it could actually cause suffocation, if the lungs are saturated with chloroform which replaces oxygen. Thus, it used to be applied like N2O, as a mixture with oxygen, which patients kept breathing in!
Similarly, you see it all the time that in movies or games, someone gets choked out and then stays down indefinitely. In reality, people wake up within seconds! Except, you suffocate them over a prolonged period. It takes a lot of time and stamina!
Then, there's the KO punch and the chop to the side of the neck. Both can cause a KO IRL, but if the person remains unresponsive for any amount of time, this is a very bad sign!

  2. For the "knife going into the brain" (execution at 6:03), easy to miss but as he hooks the knife in through the jaw, he yanks up with the handle, actually causing a whiplash of the head at a 90° angle, snapping the spine at the base of the skull. The More You Know.

  4. They need to pair this guy with one of the Martial Artists or Operatives so we get the "Would this work in combat?" with the "What's going on in the body?".

This stims from the pistol round going through the helmet. Not sure that's accurate. Let the nerd war commence.
