  2. Atlantas offense is very suspect right now, because Arthur Smith kept trying to play Mariota until way too late in the season. So Ridder ended up with like 3 or 4 starts, and the primary focus of the offense was, "We are gonna run the fkin air out of the ball". It even ended up being caught in a mic'd up video. And the defense in Atlanta is permanently sus as hell. They can go from dominant, to Dunce caps, and back to dominant, at any given moment… So I wouldn't want to put much stock in the outcomes of the practices or the preseason game against them. It would be like trying to measure your height with a slinky.

  3. Appreciate the show fellas. My opinion on some of the "offensive struggles" are due to the fact that every year you have to kind of reinvent yourself as an offense, your identity shouldn't change but people have to remember, head coaches and DC's have a full season of tape on your opponents and an off-season to study and prepare for their offense or defense, especially 1st year coaches. I would expect us to be more balanced on offense this year, and it's training camp, this is the time to try some of the new wrinkles and integrate new players into the offense, we can't be so heavily reliant on our 2 main weapons in Hill and Waddle. I think coach McDaniel knows we can't just roll out the same exact offense as last year and expect the same results. There will be a learning curve for some of the new schemes, plays, formations, some new verbage, and audibles. There's gonna be bumps in the road when you're trying to get everyone on the same page. That's why the season is still over a month away, I would like to think we're trying to grow as an offense and be more multiple as opposed to Hill and Waddle or bust. That and personell groupings seem to be a little whacky due to injuries and working guys back into the fold by limiting their reps. We have 80 players in camp, not the final 53 yet. Also, Tua hasn't really seen live action in 9 months, he may need some time when the regular season starts too because he's been preparing all off-season to stay healthy, and I'm sure there's a mental part he needs to get over as well, he's human, and thinking about not just running the offense but avoiding unnecessary hits at all costs. I don't think we need to worry about the offense at all to this point, and if you follow the rest of the league, offenses are struggling alot around the NFL it's not just us. Cincy doesn't even have Joe Burrow rn. I will say, if I were coach McDaniel tho,I would pick the 5 best guys on that oline right now and develop 1 unit as the starting 5 to start building that continuity so by the time the regular season starts, 5 guys are communicating and on the same page. I know it's not easy with Armstead in and out but get Eichenberg out of the rotation immediately if he's still this noticeably bad by everyone watching in the media and fans. I get trying to breed competition but we need to really name a starting 5 and get that unit as prepared as possible for Week 1. Then, make some tweaks if we have to for injury reasons or if they're not producing on the field. But we can't keep throwing different guys in and then expect the oline to not make mistakes or miss assignments. Phins up. I'll be watching tomorrow. ✌️

  4. We gotta invest in Richmond some size appropriate headphones and a new mic. He looks like a high schooler trying to wear elementary kid sized headphones in computer class. The mic will just be because. But the headphones are serious. Man needs some Bose. Hopefully they make some in size XLM(Extra Large Mountain)

  5. Your opening thoughts about people overreacting to a practice in August are spot on. It’s so exhausting. Too many casuals (fans and in the media) who don’t think or know they’re casuals. They need to stop having opinions and just ask more questions and actually learn ball.
