In this week’s episode, I’m going to be reflecting on the past year of my small business. Every December, I take a look at what I want to accomplish and where I want my business to grow. I look at what goals I hit and where I fell short. I make sure to celebrate my wins but analyze the goals I may not have hit and figure out if I could have done some different or maybe it’s no longer a goal that I want to hit. This is something that all small business owners should be doing…are you incorporating this into your business? Join me today as we dive into this topic.
Join me weekly as I tell my story and start interviewing other creators to hear theirs as well. I hope to give you a well-rounded space for inspiration, encouragement to create, tips on trying new techniques, provide you with advice, and overall real talk about owning your own business. I’ll be uploading a new podcast every Thursday so don’t forget to hit that subscribe button and turn on your bell notifications, so you don’t miss out on an episode! I hope you’ve enjoyed Episode 38 of my podcast and see you next week!

Great tips for setting goals. Thanks for sharing.
❤ thank you Sonnett! I waited till today to watch this episode. Ye, you knocked it out of the park this year. Your Makers Boxes are amazing and your retreat was so much fun and I learned a lot from some of my favorite creators. I have a few podcasts to catch up on but I have mostly watched them every time. Last year I was consumed in finding a memory care home for my husband, it was the hardest thing I could do. I moved him in after Thanksgiving and it has been a long road getting him adjusted. I plan on downsizing this year. Part of that is selling on-line. As I sell existing items I am going to try to sell some of my crafts. If that goes well, I will join your membership to learn more.
