  1. I am making the pressed flower shawl. Lots of fun. Might not do the border might just keep it the way it is. Saw on Ravelry other people that made it and saw some didn’t do border or did it on the opposite colors.

  2. I think that butter yellow looked gorgeous next to your skin, just saying! Also love that sweater, I had never heard of it so it’s on my queue now 😊 also thank you for becoming foster parents, so many children need a home like yours in this country, I pray for blessings on your home and that child! ❤

  3. It’s good to see what you have planned. I’ve been a little bogged down and not able to finish my WIP’s. You’ve helped me focus on Spring which has me excited to knit again. Thank you! 💕

  5. As I've said before, I just love your podcast! I've just finished a pink lace and fade boxy which was my Christmas Eve cast on. Now I'm working on a Lento for the letslento kal with the Creabea and then I need to cast on a 'rainbow unicorn' sweater as requested by my almost 5yo daughter. A few baby gift knits on the go as well. I have 2 more weeks to knit and relax before my kids and I are all back in school so we will see how much I get done. ❤️ my only knitting goal is to enjoy whatever knitting time I get, and to knit whatever brings ME joy….so basically everything will be pick sweaters and socks 😆

  6. About using all the size 5 needles–I go through weird seasons of my knitting where I need so many of the same size. It's so odd. Right now, I couldn't find a size 3 if my life depended on it, even though I know I have multiples. haha! I'm trying this year to be more intentional about knitting for the littles in my life, and just bound off on a sweater for my youngest nephew, who asked me to make him one a few weeks ago. He's 6, the youngest of 3 brothers, so he definitely needs some non-hand-me-downs on occasion.

  7. So nice to see you today! 🥰 You have so many lovely knits and your crochet blanket will be so cute! I may "need" 😅 to make a Freesia cardigan someday. Too many beautiful things to make and not enough time! Lol. I just recently finished knitting a Caramel cardigan with Advent minis held with alpaca silk (haven't tackled the million ends yet tho 🤣). Now I'm finishing up the 2nd sock of the Snow Bauble sock pattern by dear Angela, Knitting on the Farm. I will soon be crocheting more on my Nature's Walk blanket. I'm anxious to see it put together. Thanks for sharing! Take care!

  8. Another great episode Makayla! And congrats on fostering! 👏 Also, I thought I was the only one who hasn’t knit a Ranunculus! I’ve had yarn set aside for mine for over a year, hoping to get to it this spring. 😂🤞

  9. Great episode! I’m working on some baby mittens for my granddaughter. I’m finishing the sleeves of the Queen Bean sweater after that. I have a goal to finish 6 sweaters this year
