After about 25 yellowtail each, we could no longer pull on anymore.
Made the transition to doing drifts for halibut and black seabass, and we had a great few hours of bait fishing!
My Pops, Chef Eddie, managed to catch 2 black seabass and one white seabags. Reggie landed 1 nice black seabass and pulled the hook on a giant. I was lucky enough to hang one last yellowtail while doing these drifts, but now halibut or black seabass for me.
Such an epic day on the water! I still cannot believe the amount of life I was fortunate enough to see in a single days period.
If you haven’t already, watch episodes 4, 5, and 6 to see how the start of this day went!
Thank you all for watching.
