  1. Let's be honest, the people who do these things are not high value employees doing serious things for companies. Most of them are in sales meaning extremely replaceable. A lot are computer monkeys who simply do grunt work where higher ups are only concerned about the results. Let's be honest, none of these people are really valued by their company, and by the looks of it, don't make a whole lot.

  2. I work as a journeyman electrician. If I don't produce, I get to kick rocks in the parking lot. I have no sympathy for the crybabies you describe. We call them "slackers". Or "part timers". Lol

  3. America has a serious work ethic issue. I'm not surprised half the world is planning to drop the dollar, we are on freaking thin ice right now, I seriously doubt America will make it if Biden cheats in 2024.

  4. These millennials think they're so smart, "quiet firing" was a thing long before these spineless weaklings were even born. This country is doomed. Blame "boomers" all you want, your kids will suffer immensely for your idiocy.

  5. As a 28 year old millennial to 90% (estimate) of millennials I hate you. Maybe that’s why I’m single, but I’ll never compromise morals and beliefs for a relationship/marriage and children with someone like that

  7. I work from home and yet I give it my all. Granted my position comes with extra responsibilities (team management), but often i do 9/10 hours STRAIGHT to ensure everything is done properly and professionally.

It is up to YOU to put in the work so when the opportunities (promotions, etc.) come you're noticed and have a real shot and moving forward and up.

    This generation is fucked….

  8. Ridiculous, dumb etc. Work from home is not for everyone but for many it's great. As someone who is disabled working from home is blessing and most of the time I give more than I should. Work from home has its downsides but far more benefits. Why should anyone suffer so that CEOs can have all the money while workers often get crumbs and they are treated like dog shit by superiors etc.. Show respect and respect will be returned. Give a good pay and you'll get good employ. Slackers will not do the job no matter where they are.

  9. I’m sure the same people to do as little as possible at work are the same people that think they’re underpaid. Everybody thinks they’re entitled to do nothing and have everything.
