My only dissappointment is how HORRIBLY bugged castle sieges have been for nearly 2 decades. I cant believe CA doesnt see the need to spend just a little bit of money to rework the code and RE RELEASE the AI and Castle update for 10 bucks. Thats an easyy 100 million dollars right there. THough it is a bit late now because GFX have gotten so much better.

4 in mortars and contact fuse are so brutal. You can not redeploy, but massive range, devastating to troops.
I think ancient Hindu epics refer to the island as "Lanka". So it isn't that new a name.
Fun fact – most of the people there today are not Hindus.
If I have my facts wrong here, I apologise to anyone upset. It is a long way distant from the UK And the Royal Navy were calling it Ceylon at the time the game is set.

Taft, I know from Nepolean how much you love your cannons. I recommend setting your sights on the quick lime shells. It’s a chemical weapon it affects an area. So imagine canister shot with the range of normal ball shot

Yes I agree the siege is never cavalry friendly, it is truly a Infantry slog as it where, but you persevered and now you have a foot hold and a piece of the India pie! Congratulations the Empire rejoices!
Invest in that region as it will pay dividends of trade and wealth!
