The Airbus A380 is the largest passenger airliner in the world and was quite popular in the 2010s. However, it was only able to achieve a limited amount of success due to its sheer size and the presence of four engines which aren’t exactly economic or climate-friendly. So production of the aircraft was discontinued in 2021 with just over 250 of them ever built and almost half of them even retired at some point. However, UAE flag carrier, Emirates has had something of a unique love story with the A380 and unlike every other airline in the world, it has chosen to make the aircraft core to its operations. Now, the big question on everyone’s mind is, “Why won’t Emirates Retire The A380?”.

Excellent video! Quick to the point. Nice B roll.
Nothing about it is "shocking" in any way. I hate clickbait so f*cking much.
What is shocking is the lack of interest by American Airlines to purchase what flying customers report to be a superior experience. But what would they know?
