We took care of an emergency call at 5 in the morning from a family’s house. Their sump pump system wasn’t working and their backup generator wasn’t working either. They were literally bailing out water by hand, trying to prevent as little damage as possible.
Needless to say, it was a massive issue that needed to be fixed – and fast! We jumped at the job immediately and took care of business.
We installed a primary sump pump with a backup battery system and new piping on the outside. You have to be careful with outdoor pipes because of ice and snow buildup that could occur.
All in a day’s work at Preferred Plumbing!
