But there’s one character players can encounter quite early on in Elden Ring, the latest game from FromSoftware, who will be familiar to previous players of FromSoft’s games. Patches, who can be found in Limgrave near the start of your Elden Ring journey, may just seem like a trickster to any newcomers to the world of FromSoft games, but Patches has a long and storied history with the developer. From appearances in Dark Souls to Bloodborne, and more, Patches has remained a recurring theme, proving to be both helpful and cruel depending on the players actions.
