Receiving absolution at the Church of Vows by using Celestial Dew will help resolve problems you have with characters in the game. Doing this will help fix questlines for many characters.
Too bad it doesn't work with Varre… I don't know why, but the way Varre talked to me at the beginning, I felt like he was a villain anyway, so I tried to attack him, then killed him after a few attempts.
for the people that found her in the ruins and tried attacking her to "set her free" it actually turns her hostile and will no longer show up in waypoint ruins, get your sins absolved and she will reappear in waypoint ruins.
