The academy warp is faster if instead of riding down to it the enemy can knock you off the ledge with a grab that only does it's attack damage and no fall damage.
1:31:02 Why you need to off all equip here? I successfuly can perform jump in mid-load armor. Just jump on a grave without moving, press and hold sprint in the air. then run forward and jump.

Placidus – A house of astrology. Specifically determining the 'house' you fall into by the time of your birth. It can alternatively mean Placid, or peaceful.
Sax or Saxi – Stone or Rock. Likely referring to the fact that ancient dragons had rocky hides. A fact you can see by looking at the corpses of ancient dragons in Farum Azula. FromSoft like their dragons to have stone like hide. The named ancient dragons all have a variation of sax in their name. Likely just the naming scheme they came up with.
There is a hint in game that implies that Placidusax was the ruler of the Lands Between prior to Marika and the Era of the Erdtree.
Placidusax is essentially the dragonlord of time. And it could potentially be inferred that he was peaceful before the war against the dragons.
In your rhubarb fight, instead of going left from the start, go to the right. There are pieces of wood you can stop behind along the way to stop his arrows until you reach a dune which you can then hide behind as you get closer. Saves you the time of having to get off and back on your horse.

really wish all speedrunners made a GA (gentleman's agreement) kinda like cod to not cheese bosses by freezing them. no hate great run, just think it would make bosses more fun as that is what the series is based on
And yes it's called bullet-proof coffee u can add butter or coconut milk or oil it's mainly for lowcarb and keto diets, basically what it does is give your body something to burn while not spiking your insulin ( insulin stops fat burning )
