How to get so many arrows? 98 of them arrows gets you just over 1 mil runes
There is ingame feature where you can drop items and duplicating by save and reload BUT you need a friend doing that. In that case farming is useless and lengthy process. Btw most of the souls game have this feature except Sekiro and bloodborne ✌️

I thought I'd give it a chance and tried my friends copy, and it's much more forgiving than Dark Souls it feels like I'm playing Dragons Dogma, very similar mechanics to Dark Souls and dam if i don't like it ha ha
It's absolutely brilliant, I was trash at the Souls games, but this feels improved upon and would say its like a cross between Dark Souls and Dragons Dogma.

How to get there if you cant play MP? I mean you cant invade so you cant do the quest? Any other teleport to the palace?

You can aim in between the tree branches and shoot, and it will insta agro him even before he can turn back, there are 2 gaps in the tree, widest one has invisible hitbox so your arrows won't get through but the slightly smaller gap to it's right can be shot through, if you wait slightly and then through that gap shoot you can hit his left leg as he is walking. This saves significant time and you don't have to comfirm if he falls or not. Aim shoot, go back no need to see him, wait little for the cash then touch grace repeat. Ledge does not have to be specific, just walk right until you can get clear shot through the gap.
