  1. i mean, at least people are finally saying something else about Fromsoft's work besides, "Ugh, it's like, so hard" .. it is so effing boring.. Fromsoft games are not even that hard.. the first time is a challenge because you have no idea what you're going into, it's trial and error sometimes.. but as soon as you learn an enemies moveset and timing, it's a breeze.. haven't you seen speedrunners play this game.. they're not doing anything different than anyone else, they just know what to do and make as few mistakes as possible.. people have beaten these without getting hit once, without leveling up ever, without using a weapon.. people are just impatient, lazy, and don't want to put in the time.. and these blurbs from 'professional reviewers' (not our inside boys, the people they're quoting), 9/10 of them don't even seem to understand the point of the game, at all.. they're approaching it like it's just like any other open world game out there, and they're complaining that there's not a clear path through the game.. why in such a hurry to beat the game, eh? tryna get your review out? pathetic..

  2. Elden Ring really is amazing. The way it lets you get lost while constantly, evenly squeezing you from all directions without crushing you right up until you walk through a fog door is masterful. I feel like a stranger in a strange land just trying to explore more of the world and that is hard to come by for an old gamer like me.

  3. I'm not into these types of games but I'm glad another video has been released that's not a total cash grab that's full of mtx like we've been getting so many of since 2014. This is good news for the gaming industry and its fans regardless if you are actually into the game or not. I'll be playing horizon forbidden west as that is more of my type of game and it has been getting super positive reviews as well. It's been a good week for game releases actually now that I think about it. We did it gamers.

  4. I'm new to fromsoft games; I am having a blast with Elden Ring. I found a hidden minor dungeon with flamethrower hallways. I felt like a boss when I was able to permanently disable the flame throwers 😆

  5. God, it's so good. If anyone needs help with the two hound bosses in the Minor Erdtree Catacombs in Caelid, hmu. It's a real fckr of a fight, but I think I got it down to a science at this point. Spent all last night helping people with it.

  6. I hate how people are praising this game. it's just like any of From Software game aka Soul's game with a new skin…. LIKE WHO CARES?! it's the same shit you've played from them in past 7 plus years. It's just COD all over again. nothing OG about it at all. OOOOOOO all it added was open world… that's an old ass mechanic. sorry not sorry.

  7. It’s not perfect. It’s fun but on my base ps4 it’s got some stutter on screen out in the distance. Plus it’s graphics are good but blood borne honestly looks as good or better. Does do a lot of new things and I like the open world. A lot of critics over review games.

  9. I look at Elden Ring like this in regards to the Souls games: Demon’s Souls was like experimenting with in the kitchen with a new recipe; a lot of experimentation and innovation went into it. Some of it worked out, some didn’t. The Dark Souls series was the refinement of what worked with that recipe. Bloodborne added more speed and intensity, and Sekiro added the stealth and verticality. All of these elements were refined over the past 14 years, until we got the culmination of all of that hard work in the form of Elden Ring.
