Using a summon on your first play through is so weak, robs you of that experience.

Damn skipped the hardest part of the whole area? The 3 npc invasions in the lake to the left at start where the crows aggro you during the invasions and it’s just sooo much fun to deal with.
side note there is a purifying crystal tear you can mix in the physick which completely negates his 50% health 3 blood procs.
I never knew what people meant about the souls Fandom bring toxic until I was around during the release of ER. They act like petulant children any time criticism is offered from people that love the game. The git gud meme is sadly true. I just mentioned I had to respec for malenia for the first time playing and got hate for it. I put 180 hours in this game and I was expecting more than DS4. I do love alot of it but they obviously didn't have time for testing and tweaking the story and lore. It feels like the combat is easier thru summons and OP weapons but the story and lore is less accessible and immersive than ever before.

You can also just do the quest line for varre & he will give you a item you can use to teleport there I use it to farm the bird for my new builds after killing margit

hey just a heads up that the shield buff goes away if you 2 hand your weapon. You can see it on the status screen, the damage buff stays active only if the shield is in your hand, as indicated by it being red vs turning back to blue when you tuck it away.

Never understood this. What's the fun in playing with mimics and ranged attacks against the boss? Delivers a buzz mindlessly spamming 1 button? Isn't it easier to just enter the code for immortality or change the boss's HP in the game files to 1xp? The result is the same….

The Jelly shield buff actually disappears when you two hand a weapon.

I came here and was abused by The Lord of Blood way to early, he did bad things to me. I just cleared the dragon part and nuked the tree so I have some work to do. However, Lord of Blood is my endgame boss. I want to go back to this D-bag disgustingly OP and crush him.

You need to take a spear 😁 from blood boss not spell its strongest weapon for blood build atm and blood is strongrst build atm.
