What if I don't give dagger to D, does the quest stop?
Even if I give and let Fia kill him, what if I don't show D's brother his armor set, does he not kill her and she lives maybe?

For those who don't see his brother at the end, you have to talk to him and turn in the twin set, he’s located before the gargoyle boss entrance, he's sitting by the railing. Thanks for this guide!
D was already dead in my playthrough and didn't appear. I already got all of his armor and sword as well, since Fia killed him with the knife.
There’s a few details on where EXACTLY to go once you get under to the roots. I’ve gotten lost already and had to move to a different guide for this.

After you get the mending rune from fia, go rest at the grace and then you can get her hood and her robe, like how you get the moon greatsword or whatever when you go back to ranni after getting her mending rune

Not a good guide, glosses over where to go way too quickly. Have no idea where to go in Deathroot Depths because you don't actually show anything.
Fun fact: u dont need to get the cursemark to receive the dagger giving rannis the knive is enough tho u should prolly get it
