From Demon Souls to Elden Ring, it's been one hell of a ride and I'm personally in for the long haul. Thank you for wonderful experiences over the years.
Marketing and advertisements are cool and all. But a heartfelt hello and thank you from a developer to their loyal fanbase.. yeah. This is Fromsoft alright.
As someone who’s first Souls title was Demon’s Souls, back when the president of Sony literally declared Demon’s Souls the worst game he’d ever played, turned down on a Sony deal and any marketing support, though luckily Atlus picked Demon’s Souls up, and see Demon’s Souls literally go on and triple sales expectations anyway literally on word of mouth, watching this and the realization of how big they’ve got almost brought me to tears. Demon’s Souls was an absolute underground underhyped banger that skyrocketed From Software into stardom and it makes me so happy that this difficult yet fun and rewarding gameplay has become its on genre. Can’t wait to play Elden Ring! Two longest days of my life! Lol
I am not a fan of the dark souls games but I will give the game a good chance. This message is much appreciated, seeing a company care about there fans is refreshing.

PLEASE focus on the multiplayer aspect too. If you guys could somehow make this an MMO style game it would last SO LONG if you kept feeding it content.

I love the respect FromSoftware treats their fans. Few developers seem to have that anymore, especially Western developers. You can see it in their games as well. They never spoon-fed us their games. They give us the tools we need with simple, quick explanations of how to use them, and then they let us loose. The only (kind of) exception is Sekiro, which had a lot of completely new mechanics introduced at every point of the game.

U men have now entered the throne of hideo kojima have one of the greatest directors game developers of this generation and the greatest of all time… I pre ordered my game a few hours ago and the clock days 15:29 hours to go before launch…. What a hearfelt message from my favourite game developers. I still remember playing demon's souls for the first time on my ps3 and being totally blown away at how different it was from other games. Not only do these developers respect their fans enough to make a video like this but i felt the same respect playing all their games. They never treat their players like kids. I'm tired of games that hold my hand as though I'm incapable of figuring things out through trial and error. I actually bought a ps4 just to play Bloodborne and had no regrets. I bought a ps5 to play (and replay) Elden Ring and I'm feeling confident about their ability to deliver.
