  1. The only reason I think she wouldn't have done more for edward is that she understood he would NEVER fit in..like the cop knew- he was better being where he was than in the town.
The town folk on hearing of his innocence, would bring him back and people would use and abuse him and see him as a monster again in future. Also theres an element of her that is suspect.. her boyfriend was a bloody awful lol, and she put up with his stupid ideas- including robbing his dad. She maybe knew she wasnt good for edward either in the end.

  2. Vincent Price as the old man. You should watch Michael Jackson's Thriller video on your music channel if you haven't heard it yet. Vincent makes an appearance on the track. Would be a great video for Halloween.

  3. May I make a move suggestion that I am confident you will BOTH love…. It might be your second favorite movie after Forrest Gump. The movie is “Mr. Holland’s Opus”. It will make you laugh. It will make you cry. And the soundtrack is GREAT.

  4. So,… Someone has probably already said this in the contents but In case they have not, the jerk boyfriend is played by Anthony Michael Hall (AKA Bryan from the Breakfast Club, and other 80s teen movies). I find it coincidentally funny that after his character is killed Rob says You mess with the bull you get the horns, which is what the principal in The Breakfast Club" says to John Bender after giving him 2 months of detention.
Anyway another great movie and review thanks for heloing me revisit these great movies.

  6. Oh I love this movie, and well done with your heartfelt reaction! Makes me think of another favorite of mine to suggest.. reminiscent in just a couple aspects. I predict you two would love it — 'Pleasantville', with Tobey Maguire and Reese Witherspoon.

  7. Had the exact same reaction about the blond girl (Winona Ryder). She was too scared of getting in trouble and too weak of character to stand up and do the right thing. She stood there and said nothing. The takeaway from this film is that its not ok to say nothing when one sees injustice or wrong doing and it's not ok to look the other way and pretend/hope things will go back to normal. Throughout history, millions have paid with their lives because people behaved like that blond girl. And it's still happening today (Ukraine).

  8. Never realized, until watching this reaction, that this movie is a metaphor for how Black celebrities/athlete's are treated. First they fear you, then they praise you, but slip up, and try wanna lynch you

  9. This movie mane Tim Burton a household name. For a kinda scary movie They Live, John Carpenter, is a thought. I grew up watching Vincent Price. I'm not sure how much of his work would really good up, in today's standards. 28 Days Later, is creepy. Thanks for the honest reaction.

  10. Johnny Depp actually puked after that BBQ scene because he was so hot in the costume – it was filmed near Orlando, Fl in the Spring and his costume was pure leather. One of my favorite movies – saw it in the theaters way back when I was in college and loved it. this was a masterpiece that still works today.

  12. Pretty bizarre movie, I've never watched it, but Tim Burton is beyond weird! Please get back to Star Wars! Hopefully you'll react to The Lord Of The Rings trilogy, and Saving Private Ryan! Thank you for your reactions and hard work!!
