  2. When modern methods fail. Medieval methods of fighting disease can still work as they had men with guns at the boarders not letting anyone over and getting them to not be so stupid and do their dumb and sometimes demonic burial practices but sometimes God punishes people for doing the kinds of things and doesn't protect them from their evil and allows these things to happen even in their stupidity and ignorance.

  3. Ebola Reston was airborne which makes it absolutely terrifying. Human's are lucky it only effected monkey's Reston isn't very far from Washington, DC and no one was aware of it's airborne nature until they were and by then had it affected humans it could have potentially infected 1000's near the USA Capitol. It had a real potentially to be a huge disaster.

  4. I personally consider the Ebola Hemorrhagic Fever, Rabies & HIV/AIDS as the most awful/dangerous infectious diseases which are all caused by viruses. Plague, a bacterial disease, is also among the deadliest, especially when history is taken into account, but the prognosis is better than the aforementioned viral infections, thanks to modern medicine.

  5. No wonder mankind has always had a natural fear of forests. Yeah, there's wood and game in there, but… It makes me wonder how many European illnesses that are traditionally attributed to fairies and such are similarly incubated and hidden deep in its deciduous forests. Something that could be mistaken as gruesome punishment for disturbing elven territory if you didn't have modern medicine to explain it. And it makes me wonder if the older cultures in Central Africa have folklore concerning a similar, if less evolved illness that the gods and spirits of the forest levy on trespassers. 🤔

  6. I was in 8th grade in 2014 and had recently been diagnosed with severe anxiety but hadn’t yet been recommended for medication so I was tweaking out over this virus. I 100% believed the hoax about the man coming back to life after dying of Ebola and was convinced this was the beginning of the apocalypse (zombie or other). Considering how little I was scared about COVID (which was a considerably more likely virus for me to catch) and was able to just deal with it—I’d say my medication is working real well lol

  7. I don't understand why they didn't make the Covid vaccine this way. Its possible and antibody treatments that were given also worked very well. I might actually trust the vaccine and might have gotten it if it wasn't an mRNA vaccine.

  8. Ebola is a Haemorrhagic Fever like Dengue – in 1990 I was living in Tahiti and caught what is now known as “Severe Dengue” but which in those days was called DHF (Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever) and the symptoms are very similar to Ebola. If I hadn’t been young and comparatively fit it would’ve killed me. Was living in a fairly remote area with a clinic run by a young Medicine grad doing his national service but later discovered I should have been in intensive care.

  9. Is it just me, or isn't Simon a shade too pale of complexion in this vid? Like a little frantic and short of breath in his narration? And what's that blemish on his forehead, I don't think I've noticed that before? Oh, whatever it is, it's not life-threatening like that ebola or something, since he has uploaded loads of videos during the 8-9 months since this was uploaded.

EDIT: it has come to my attention, it's probably this AG1 mixture doing it, looking like sewage and having been transported across half the world from New Zealand to help people supplement their way to a healthier diet. It's a peculiar affliction of unconscious shame of being shamelessly greedy and taking on just about any sponsor at all no matter how dubious or superfluous a product it is.
